- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In a fully resellable condition
- With all tags and accessories attached
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Reasons)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics
- Earrings
- Intimate or personal care products
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
If an item is returned in poor or used condition, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will cover the return postage once the issue is verified.
- You may request either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement (subject to stock availability)
Please note: Damage caused by misuse or accidental customer damage is not eligible under this section.

- The correct return address
- Return the item using a trackable postal service and keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Important: Do not return an item without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
Refund Deductions
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Deductions may apply if the product is returned worn, used, or damaged.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Return the unwanted item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures quicker processing and stock accuracy.
- Return Shipping Costs
- For unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- For faulty or incorrect items, Abby Collections covers return shipping after confirmation.
- Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
